All Frequently Asked Questions

You will receive a personalised access code by email before your arrival. No keys, no waiting.

Each apartment has its own dedicated space. The Ski Room, featuring heated lockers, will be available from winter 2026/27.

Your apartment will already be set to your preferred temperature, with organic toiletries, microfiltered water in glass bottles, and everything you need to settle in right away.

We are available via WhatsApp and through our dedicated app for anything you may need during your stay.
