We chose not to use gas or oil-fired boilers; our property is fully connected to Ponte di Legno’s district heating network. This efficient system generates clean heat using biomass, including natural wood waste from local forests. In addition, the building’s roof features a large photovoltaic system that allows us to convert sunlight into clean electricity for your apartment.
To make recycling simple and effortless, we have integrated concealed waste-sorting bins into the design of every apartment’s kitchen and balcony. For final disposal, you’ll find a convenient, clean recycling area within the property, accessible only with your personal code: a simple, thoughtfully designed solution to help us preserve the beauty of the surrounding mountain environment.
To reduce the use of plastic bottles, we have installed a microfiltered water dispenser at reception, offering chilled still or sparkling water. We’ll provide you with glass bottles and a practical carrier to transport them: an elegant and sustainable way to always have fresh water in your apartment, just like the water from our mountain springs.
We have eliminated plastic from all kitchen utensils and tableware. In your apartment, you’ll find only premium, durable materials such as steel, glass, ceramic and wood. A choice that not only protects the environment, but also ensures a more hygienic, healthy and enjoyable experience.
Even the cleaning of your space follows a green philosophy. We exclusively use and provide certified detergents and eco-friendly cleaning products. They are highly effective yet biodegradable, free from harsh chemicals, ensuring a healthy environment without polluting the waters of our valleys.
In your private wellness area, body care meets nature. Instead of the classic single-use mini toiletries that generate huge amounts of waste, you’ll find high-quality organic personal care products presented in elegant refillable bottles. A choice that combines the excellence of natural formulations with a drastic reduction in unnecessary packaging.
