The master bedroom features a double bed, private bathroom, desk, 32″ TV and a large private balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed that can be split into two single beds and a 32″ TV. The third bedroom, also with a private bathroom, is located in the enclosed part of the mezzanine and is equipped with a 32″ TV, a desk and a large Velux skylight from which you can gaze at the sky.

The wellness experience extends over two levels. On the first floor, a lobby houses the apartment’s third bathroom and a modern All-in unit with a Turkish bath and a Finnish sauna, each for 4 people. On the mezzanine level, which overlooks the living room and is reached by a beautiful staircase with a glass balustrade, there is a large 2 x 2 metre hot tub, a relaxation area and a double sofa bed. The mezzanine features a premium resin floor.

Living Room and Kitchen

The huge open-plan living room and kitchen features large windows and a spacious private balcony. It also has a 50″ TV, a corner sofa and a large table for memorable dinners with friends and family. The premium kitchen with island stands out for its dual-temperature wine cooler, ideal for enjoying your favourite labels at the perfect temperature.It also offers every comfort: an induction hob with integrated extractor hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, conventional oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and everything you need to cook.
